The sensation is like being dragged through a cloud. A heavy, roiling nimbus which pervades your eyes, your ears, your skin, and what feels like your very soul. Or what's left of it.

Your eyes squeeze shut and when they open....well you know this place already, there was much ado about lampposts in this square not too long ago. But what you haven't known in how many weeks is the sun hanging high overhead, not stuck in a perpetual state of Twilight but properly shining in the sky.

The sun feels good and you feel more whole than you have in a while. Those are all inexplicably good things, and they should be celebrated. But the mark on your body, faded but still visible warns of something still more to come. And for those who have been missing a part of themselves for longer than that..it's just a whisper of a feeling, but it is very much real.

Welcome to Krakow, for real this time. For however long it lasts, at least.

Rest, I refuse to deal with more paperwork after what happened in the Twilight. [ It sounds unrepentant, but she looks away as she speaks. ]

Got it. How about something cold and delicious for the kids? [ reacchess for a headpat. ] And you could join us for a little bit.

We did find out some last minute things. Apparently she's been traveling between Day and Night.

[kristened]

[ She's about to move away from the headpat but freezes at the last bit. ]

What do you mean?

[tokihanate]

Hmm. Apparently while she was experimenting, she had been freely moving back and forth or something? And the unending Night was the doing of remmywemmy.

[kristened]

In births like myself are able to traverse through the Night freely, but that coward is not one. So the key to her travel and the never ending Night is was her dog. [ She crosses her arms. ]

Were you able to gather more information about him?

[tokihanate]

He's most definitely a demon who's contracted to her soul. The manifestations are handled by him because she can't, practically does most of the dirty work I'm sure. And apparently she's kept us for some time, comatose. The lowest in our number is probably experiment 89 and there were around 300 reports.

In births, is it?

[kristened]

[ She nods to the question. ]

I will pass that on to our commanders. We have never dealt with a demon but the roots of Licht Kreis run to the time of Christ. [ They're not really equipped to deal with a demon but they're not the worst either. ]

Time is... time between the real world and the Night is not always parallel. I do not know if this was the case in this instance, but I would venture that the time flow between this world and your world is different as well.

[ Basically what happens when you stick a demon into a realm of shadow, very bad things where time goes all wonky. ]

I'm sure it's not that straight forward. Considering two of the number were from the same world, but different time periods. So, I have some hope that it's not as long as it seems to be... [ PANDRA can function without him. It's fine. He made sure they would be okay without him. But it doesn't keep him from worrying nonetheless. ]

I don't suppose we can still watch what happens to them? Maybe they'll figure the secret to us returning to our worlds. Little faith that I have in them.

It might be possible. I was in Twilight for only minutes, but I could sense both lands were destabilizing. I will do the best I can to open a viewport.

[ That's number two on her list after she has the demon talk with her superiors. ]

Is there anywhere we can stay while we're waiting here, then? Since we're not free to roam about too much, I gather.

Everyone in Old Town has been evacuated. If you are able to behave yourself, you may use those accommodations but be mindful they are the homes of civilizations who know nothing of this conflict.

No graffiti, I got it. Food situation? Do we need some money?

I'll handle all of it. [ She is really well off, okay. ]
